By accessing or using P2P Ads Engine ("the Platform"), operated by Photographers to Profits at photographytoprofits.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

P2P Ads Engine is a software platform that helps photography businesses generate ad copy, manage Google Business Profile listings, publish campaigns to ad platforms, review sales calls, and grow their clientele. The Platform includes AI-powered content generation, third-party integrations, and analytics tools.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to the Platform.
• If you are an organization admin, you are responsible for all activity within your organization's account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or fraudulent.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including advertising and consumer protection laws.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data from the Platform.
• Use the Platform to spam, phish, or engage in any deceptive advertising practices.
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure.
• Circumvent any security features or access controls.

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Platform (brand information, photos, business context). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide.
• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws before publishing.
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created on your behalf.
• We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Platform.

The Platform connects to third-party services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, and Twilio. By connecting these integrations, you agree to their respective terms of service and grant us permission to act on your behalf within the scopes you authorize.

We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of third-party platforms. Changes to their APIs or terms may affect Platform functionality.

Subscription and billing terms are provided at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Use the Platform in a way that creates legal risk for us or others

Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases. We will retain your data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Platform at your own risk.

We are not responsible for advertising results, campaign performance, or outcomes from publishing content generated by the Platform to third-party ad platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photographers to Profits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
